The Company has filed an Offering Statement on Form 1-A with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) relating to the proposed IPO of its common stock under the recently amended provisions of Regulation A+ pursuant to the Jumpstart Our Business Startups (JOBS) Act of 2012. iPic has applied to list its common stock on Nasdaq under the ticker symbol “IPIC.”
The Company is offering 2,165,000 shares at $18.50 per share. The Company seeks to raise approximately $40 million in its IPO under Regulation A+, and intends to use the proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes, including opening new iPic® locations and renovating existing iPics.
